We start manufacturing all orders every Wednesday and ship out every Monday.

Allow an extra day for Rural Areas
CourierPost are our main delivery partner. All deliveries are tracked and traced with tracking links, most orders typically arrives to industrial/residential areas overnight once it is picked up by the courier driver. (North Island and non rural only)
example: If courier driver picks up the goods on Tuesday, it should arrive Wednesday afternoon.
There are NO deliveries made during the weekends, all deliveries will only arrive during business working hours Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.
Although CourierPost aims is to deliver your goods overnight, Please allow an extra day or 2 In case of unexpected delays that may occur during your delivery cycle. CourierPost will attempt to redeliver your goods the next working day.

To get a fast and immediate response about any shipping inquires, we suggest you visit our shipping partners website. You will need your tracking number handy. Tracking tools and contact information are available on their website. If you call us direct to inquire about a delivery, it will take 12 - 24 hours for us to reply back to you.
